- Tenders are invited for Supply 5 Well Drilling Supplies Note 1. All well drilling shall meet the conditions as stated in the table above. 2. Drilling of the first location In case of lack of water or insufficient water according to the conditions, the contractor shall drill the second location for the cost of drilling the well on the first location is the sole responsibility of the contractor. 3.
