- Request for proposals are invited for Consultant for Hiring a Data Collection Service Provider (DCSP) for the BLF-LML Project. The key objectives of the procurement of DCSP are: 1. Conduct periodic collection provide analysis (of current (baseline), mid-term, end-term) against indicators specified the Biodiverse Landscape Fund (BLF) Logframe, namely 2.
